Where is Alsatian Attic Self Storage® located?
Alsatian Attic Self Storage® is located at 2420 Hwy 90 East, Castroville, TX 78009.
What are the office hours?
Monday-Friday: 8 AM to 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8 AM to 12 PM
Sunday: Closed
What are the access hours?
Access your unit 24/7.
Do I need a climate-controlled unit?
You may need a climate controlled storage unit if you intend to store weather sensitive items such as household appliances, clothing, furniture, photos, artwork, or other items that may be susceptible to temperature and humidity damage.
What security features do you offer?
We offer 24 hour video surveillance and coded gate entry. Our facility is also fully fenced.
What type of parking do you offer?
We offer indoor and outdoor parking for RVs, cars, and boats.
Am I required to store long term?
We provide flexible month-to-month lease options. Store with us short or long-term.
How do I pay my storage bill?
You can pay your storage bill online using a debit card, credit card, or ACH/eCheck. If you prefer to pay in person at the facility, you may pay via cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card. You can also mail in your payment. Be sure to speak to the facility manager about autopay.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government issued ID such as a driver’s license, passport, or state ID.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
